Flood frustration mounts in Pakistan

Desperation is growing among millions of victims of Pakistan’s floods. Donors pledged more funds to tackle the crisis after a special United Nations session in New York on Thursday, but many of the people seeking shelter in crowded relief camps have yet to receive any international aid. Others have chosen to brave the rising water to defend their cattle from river bandits. Matthew Green reports from the southern town of Sukkur.
